Media Coordinator

Position Summary: The Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the media team and helping achieve client goals through communications with stations and facilitating the data flows required to run an advertising campaign.


  • Request and process pre-log and post-log air times
  • Identify airings outside of buy parameters and resolve with stations
  • Follow up on station confirmations for new orders and revisions
  • Request rate cards, avails and program grids for assigned stations
  • Maintain program station folders
  • Follow up and resolve Did Not Airs
  • Import and reconcile data feeds (call center, web, etc.) into CORE Media System
  • Pull client reporting as required
  • Work with media buyer to negotiate and buy for assigned programs and stations against client goals

Senior Media Planner/Buyer

Reports To: Media Director

Position Summary: The Senior Media Planner/Buyer is responsible for the planning of all media for assigned clients and new business, in addition to research, development, and presentation of media plans and media buying.


  • Media planning and negotiation/buying
  • Identify and evaluate new media opportunities
  • Daily and weekly media estimates and reporting. Final evaluation of updated post log reports for assigned programs.
  • Results analysis, media optimization and impact projection.
  • Maintain strong station sales and vendor relationships
  • Interfacing with client and internal teams
  • Identifying and resolving problems
  • Analyzing and tracking program results on a daily/weekly basis
  • Manage multiple campaigns
  • Manage, train and mentor assigned team
  • Researches, develops, and plans media for assigned clients
  • Gathers, organizes and presents competitive research and spending data
  • Approving affidavits and reconciling discrepancies
  • Mastery of the Core media tracking system from a front end and back end client results standpoint.

Position Summary: Bluewater Media is growing direct response advertising agency building a New Business Development team. This team will be responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, negotiating/closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
As a senior sales professional, it is their job to work with the internal team to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for Bluewater Media. Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years advertising agency and/or sales experience. Direct Response preferred.
  • 2-3 years TV Media and Creative sales experience
  • Must have existing business contacts and relationships
  • Strong writing and verbal skill. Attention to detail

Bluewater/Zahalo is looking for an experienced, creative Front-End Developer/UX Designer for our clients in Clearwater, FL. The Front-End Developer/UX Designer will implement cutting edge user experiences (UX/UI) across the web, tablet and mobile form factors and should possess a rich sense of UX and the technical ability to implement those ideas.

This Front-End Developer/UX Designer role will work with the UX designers and Researchers reporting into the Director of UX, bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. This Front-End Developer/UX Designer position will take a hands-on role on both defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Must be driven to learn and passionate about where the web is going.


  • Translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the web application.
  • Develop new user-facing features for enterprise desktop applications, mobile, tablet
  • Build and leverage reusable code and libraries
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders in dev, product and UX

  • 5+ years’ experience in front-end web development writing highly polished and compliant consumer facing HTML5/CSS/JS, using WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, Magento, Opencart and other productivity frameworks for modern web browsers.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS (SASS/LESS), Javascript & PHP
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Good understanding of page speed optimization principles and tools.
  • Experience with mobile development and mobile-first responsive design.
  • An understanding of SEO principles
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, GIT, Code Editors, SSH, etc
  • An extensive technical screening will be required
