Media Coordinator

Position Summary: The Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the media team and helping achieve client goals through communications with stations and facilitating the data flows required to run an advertising campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Request and process pre-log and post-log air times
  • Identify airings outside of buy parameters and resolve with stations
  • Follow up on station confirmations for new orders and revisions
  • Request rate cards, avails and program grids for assigned stations
  • Maintain program station folders
  • Follow up and resolve Did Not Airs
  • Import and reconcile data feeds (call center, web, etc.) into CORE Media System
  • Pull client reporting as required
  • Work with media buyer to negotiate and buy for assigned programs and stations against client goals

Position Summary: The Senior Media Planner/Buyer is responsible for the planning of all media for assigned clients and new business, in addition to research, development, and presentation of media plans and media buying.

Responsibilities:

The Strategic Inventory Buyer supports Zahalo revenue stream by evaluating, projecting and maintaining inventory levels for online marketplaces/e-commerce platforms and coordinating logistics for shipments to warehouses internationally. Additionally, the Strategic Inventory Manager/Buyer will work with clients and partners to identify products that will sell well through Zahalo’s channels and that have specific marketing or seasonal promotional support. As a retail-based operation, effective monitoring and maintenance of inventory stock and cost-effective global logistics is crucial for growth.

This role is a function of the Client Services team, working closely with clients and vendors to develop a relationship and understand the optimal process for onboarding, transporting, reconciling and off boarding of inventory. Zahalo approaches client relationships as partnerships, in which we act as an extension of their business. The Strategic Inventory Manager/Buyer participates in this partnership driving greater client satisfaction by improving on their past inventory experiences and delivering a service in excess of their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate inventory levels across all clients and internal product lines on a daily basis to determine replenishment needs and ensure zero out-of-stock events
  • Develop a relationship with clients and vendors to understand and work with their internal shipping requirements and processes
  • Identify new product opportunities
  • Study sales trends to identify product category opportunities
  • Work with Director of Marketplace Strategies to maximize sales opportunities for products and clients managed by Zahalo
